Chicken wings are the perfect bite-sized snack. From karoga nights to hang outs with the squad, you can't go wrong with this tangy wing recipe!
1 kg Country Choice chicken wings
2 red chilies
½ a lemon's juice
2 tbsp. chicken masala
2 tsp. salt
½ tsp. red chili powder
½ cup sunflower oil
5 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. black pepper
Put washed and dried wings into a bowl. Mix together the red chilies, lemon juice, chicken masala, salt, pepper, red chili powder, garlic and vinegar. Pour this sauce over the chicken wings and let them marinate for at least 1 hour.
Place the oil into a pan. Shallow fry the wings for 5-10 minutes until evenly cooked.
Cut potatoes into wedges and fry the perfect crispy chips to accompany your wings. Serve hot with tomato and chili sauce.
